Policy

At Somekind, we want your shipping experience to be smooth and flexible.

Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order anytime within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Use the "Cancel" button in the My Orders section to cancel easily.
  • If cancelled in time, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (for prepaid orders).

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
  • You may request a return after delivery as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

3. Prepaid & COD Orders

  • Prepaid orders: Eligible for full refund if cancelled before shipping.
  • COD orders: Can be cancelled using the Cancel option before dispatch.
  • Repeated COD cancellations may affect future COD availability.

4. Refusing Delivery

  • Refusing to accept a COD order at the time of delivery without cancellation may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

5. Special Cancellation Requests

  • If you wish to cancel after 12 hours or after the order has been shipped, you may email us at somekindcare@gmail.com.
  • We’ll try our best to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed in such cases.
