At Somekind, we want you to love what you wear.
How to Return
You can initiate a return or exchange directly through your account:
- Go to My Orders
- Select the item you want to return
- Click on Return / Exchange
- Choose a reason and submit your request
Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup from your address.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
- Only one return/exchange request per order is allowed
Return Fee & Refunds
- A flat ₹150 will be deducted from your refund to cover reverse logistics
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within
5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges only (subject to stock availability).
You can request an exchange via the same Return / Exchange option in My Orders.
If the size you want isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.
What Can’t Be Returned?
We do not accept returns on:
- Discounted / final-sale items
- Worn or washed products
- Items returned without original tags/packaging
